Good news for ‘Mahouka Koukou no Yuutousei’ (‘The Honor Student at Magic High School’) fans. The Connect anime will be available through Funimation
The streaming service confirmed the transmission of the spinoff of ‘Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei’ (‘The Irregular at Magic High School’ this Monday through its official website.
It takes place thanks to the collaboration of the company with Aniplex of America, so its inclusion in the catalog will have the simulcast mode, allowing you to watch the episodes just a couple of hours after its premiere in Japan.
In the Japanese region, ‘Mahouka Koukou no Yuutousei’ will be available on Tokyo MX, BS11, Gunma TV, Tochigi TV and AT-X channels on July 3, while on streaming services you will find it on Abema and dAnime Store.

In recent days the production of ‘Mahouka Koukou no Yuutousei’ has given what to talk about among the fans and it is not only because of its latest promotional image, but also because it reveals the team that will accompany us during this edition.
To begin with, the voice actresses who participated in the main story will reprise their respective roles, accompanied by four antagonists that we will discover during the transmission of the episodes.
For his part, in the production you will find Hideki Tachibana (‘DanMachi’) in the direction of the animation studio Connect, known for their franchise ‘Strike the Blood’.
Takashi Watanabe serves as the assistant director, while Tsuyoshi Tamai (‘Strike Witches’) writes and supervises the series script, and Ryōsuke Yamamoto and Takao Sano adapt Kana Ishida’s designs for animation.
In the musical section we will have Taku Iwasaki, who returns from the previous editions of the work to take care of the composition of the soundtrack.
