Manga ‘Golden Kamuy’ begins its last arc on July 29

ARC, begins, Golden, July, Kamuy, manga

Breaks are dangerous. The manga ‘Golden Kamuy’ returns from its hiatus on July 29 and with its next chapter begins the last arc of Satoru Noda’s work.

The edition that will start the end of Sugimoto and Asirpa’s story will be available in the 35th magazine of the Young Jump publisher on Thursday in physical form, while its digital version can be found in the Yanjan! and the Tonari Young Jump website.

In the case of the last two versions for mobile devices, both services will offer the manga completely free, so you can enjoy the entire arc as they are published and until September 17.

The announcement was published through a press release that replied the Natalie Comic page, taking by surprise the fans who were waiting attentively for the return of the manga.

In May of this year, ‘Golden Kamuy’ announced that it would enter the climax of the story. However, in June the editorial revealed that Noda would be taking an indefinite break due to health problems.

Now with the end in tow and the publication resumed, fans can only wait for the story that led us to the race for the gold rush to culminate in the way they always imagined.

A little more of Golden Kamuy

Satoru Noda began publishing the manga in August 2014, through Shueisha’s Young Jump, and to date has managed to collect a total of 26 compilation volumes.

Viz Media distributes the story in our region and describes it as:

In the early 1900s, Russo-Japanese war veteran Saichi “Immortal” Sugimoto crossed out a meager existence during the postwar gold rush in the Hokkaido desert. When he stumbles upon a map of a hidden Ainu gold fortune, he embarks on a treacherous quest to find it. But Sugimoto isn’t the only stakeholder, and everyone who knows about gold will kill to own it! Faced with the harsh conditions of the northern desert, ruthless criminals and rebellious Japanese soldiers, Sugimoto will need all his skills, luck, and the help of an Ainu girl named Asirpa, to survive.
