Kyousuke’s life will continue to give something to talk about with the start of a new arc of the manga adaptation of ‘Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai’ (‘Oreimo’) that focuses on Kuroneko’s route.
Ruri Gokou’s alter ego will be the protagonist this time, taking the story to a new direction, which is sure to be full of mediocre doujinshis and the best gothic lolita cosplays you can imagine.
Its first chapter was published last Sunday in the Akita Shoten publishing house’s Monthly Shonen Ace, featuring a color cover with Kuroneko as the star and a promotional video was added.
Of 15 seconds in total, in the teaser you will find the protagonists taken by surprise, just at the moment when they plan to join hands and their destinies at the same time as you are.
To accompany its first chapter, two color pages were included in which you will see the protagonists gathered and celebrating, as well as a shot of Kuroneko’s wedding dress and heading to the altar.
The manga adaptation of the Tsukasa Fushimi story is in the hands of Airi Mori, who is dedicated to illustrating the events that were previously published under the Kadokawa publishing house.
Sinopsis oficial de Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai
Kyousuke Kousaka, a normal seventeen-year-old high school student, does not get along with his younger sister, Kirino. For longer than he can remember, Kirino has completely ignored Kyosuke, their only interaction being when she sees them with a carefree gaze. It seemed that the relationship between Kyousuke and his sister, now fourteen years old, would continue like this forever.
One day, however, Kyousuke finds a DVD case of a magical girl anime titled ‘Hoshikuzu Witch Merle’ (‘Stardust Witch Merle’), which had fallen in her driveway. To Kyousuke’s surprise, inside the case is a hidden adult video game titled ‘Imouto to Koishiyo!’ (‘Love With Little Sister!’). Kyousuke tries to capture the culprit by raising the subject of magical girls at the family dinner table. All that comes out is a strong negative reaction from his parents, especially his anti-otaku police father.
That night, Kirino exploded into Kyousuke’s room and, in perhaps the first conversation he has started with him in years, says that “we have things to talk about.” Kirino lets Kyousuke into his room and shows him an extensive collection of moe and lolicon anime games that he has been secretly collecting.
