The first demo period lets you experience the snow-capped remnants of the titular village for 30 minutes, giving you a glimpse of the frozen remains of what once was, and perhaps giving you a taste of what the game’s combat has to do. make. to offer. Better to keep the mind on you. The second demo period will take you to the rooms of the Dimitrescu Castle where you will get a separate 30 minute experience that will surely be a great time. Unlike the big village, the castle is full of narrow hallways and cramped hallways that make it hard to tell what might be around each corner.

The final demo period will give you a total of 60 minutes to explore both the village and the castle, and you are free to use those 60 minutes as you wish. How much time will you spend looking for answers in the village, and how long will you brave the halls of the castle to uncover its dark secrets? It’s up to you, but we encourage you to share your gaming experience and speculate on the secrets of the full game.

Mercenaries mode explodes in Resident Evil Village

Survival horror meets high-stakes combat in the return of The Mercenaries game mode! This fan-favorite mode has appeared in several Resident Evil games since its introduction in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis on the original PlayStation, and is now making an action-packed return in Resident Evil Village. As with previous versions of The Mercenaries, this arcade-style mode tasks you with racking up points and completing stages quickly, changing the objective of the game to a fight against the clock to get a high score rather than combat. for the survival of the main campaign. Just keep an eye on the countdown – running out of time means your time is up.

New additions have also been made to this mode compared to previous games. As you make your way through locations full of enemies, you will be able to acquire useful bonus skills that can increase firepower, increase your movement speed, or provide other beneficial effects. Each skill you add will help you take out enemies and rack up a high score for your current attempt, and will continue between stages. Once the stage is completed, you’ll have the option to spend your hard-earned coin with The Duke – a mysterious merchant from the main game – to purchase supplies and upgrade your weapons before moving on to the next stage.

The Mercenaries is an endlessly replayable mode that you are sure to want to try again and again. Learn each step and discover new ways to take down waves of enemies while pursuing the highest rank possible.

Mercenaries will be included as a bonus mode for Resident Evil Village, and you’ll need to complete the story of the game before you can unlock it. We hope you enjoy this exciting take on what the main campaign has to offer!

Upgrade your weapons to increase firepower and more in mercenaries
