Ubisoft has released a new Watch Dogs Legion update that includes fixes for various bugs in the PC and console versions of the game.
Watch Dogs Legion title update 2.30 is the latest in a series of patches designed to address technical issues that have marred the open-world title release for many players.
Last week, Ubisoft delayed the launch of the multiplayer component of Watch Dogs Legion to focus on fixing issues with the single-player game.
“Since the launch of Watch Dogs: Legion, some of you continue to have technical problems that prevent you from enjoying the game,” said the publisher. “The development team is committed to fixing these issues and will not stop until everyone can experience the game as expected.”
The latest game update (see full patch notes below) also includes fixes for an issue that caused users to spawn without any player characters after dying in Permadeath mode, and a fix for an issue where you could Produce a black screen when opening the door to hidden rooms.
“We wanted to highlight that Xbox Series X / S save issues are not addressed with TU2.30, but the development team has identified the underlying cause and is working on an additional fix for this specific issue.” Ubisoft said.
The update also does not address an audio crackle and popping issue on Xbox Series X / S, though Ubisoft said it has been able to reproduce the issue “and will work to develop a fix.”
