After the revelation of Chizuru Kagura as the third member of the «The Sacred Treasures» team, SNK reveals Andy Bogard’s gameplay in The King of Fighters XV. It was to be expected that the Japanese developer chose to present a member of the «Fatal Fury Team» in this new presentation trailer of KOF XV. This is because before Chizuru’s introduction, the character that Osaka’s company revealed was Joe Higashi.
How will Andy Bogard fight in KOF XV?
The discipline that Andy Bogard practices in The King of Fighters XV is the Koppouken. This is an ancient Japanese martial art, which mixes Karate and Ninjutsu. Upon mastering Koppouken, Andy decided to learn Shiranui-ryuu. This is a style of Ninjutsu that Hanzo Shiranui taught his granddaughter Mai Shiranui and Andy Bogard, who is Hanzo’s legitimate successor and one of the characters in KOF XV along with Mai.
As for his blows, the video shows us that the character keeps his arsenal of movements intact. However, one of his projectiles appears to have “invincibility.” This is because it is not canceled when it comes into contact with the enemy projectile.

The doubts are on the table again, since we do not know which will be the next team we will see. However, the most normal thing would be for Terry Bogard to be the next character to be introduced to form the mythical team of Italy – from KOF 94— or the “Fatal Fury Team »that we all know.
