When does the new event start?
The start date for the Temporal Chaos event that brings a limited game mode, skins and more to Apex Legends It is the Tuesday, August 13, 2024.
Game Mode: Direct Shot Revive
Here we play quicker matches of 30 people. We spawn at a random point of interest with another squad. Enemy spotlights and health bars are enabled by default, so keep your aim.
In this new version of the game mode we have unlimited free respawns until the end of round 3. An increased spawn rate for two-handed weapons and light machine guns. This game mode does not share the start date of the rest of the event. It will be available from August 20, 2024 to September 3, 2024.
New skins and cosmetics for the event
During the event we will be able to get up to 24 new cosmetic items: Apex Coins, Crafting Metals, and they can also be included in the Apex Packs that are on sale during the event.
These include new skins for Octane, Bangalore, and more. Unlocking all items before the event ends will earn you Bangalore’s Emerald Edge relic and new execution Reveille.
We can also participate in daily updated challenges to level up on the rewards track, where we can get another free skin for Newcastle.
