How does Anji Mito fight in Guilty Gear -STRIVE-?
Like previous versions of Guilty Gear, which Anji Mito has been in, on GGST this character fights by approaching the enemy through his movements that have “Parry” properties. This means that these movements absorb a blow. Additionally, by using these moves appropriately – sometimes as “Frame Traps” – Anji can direct the pace of combat.
The “Parry” is a movement that blocks, absorbs and deflects an attack. For example, in KOF XV some of Ryo’s moves absorb a hit. Meanwhile in Street Fighter V, Ryu has a “Parry” move (V-Skill) that allows him to absorb a hit and counterattack.
