Last week we learned about the plans and games that Xbox will bring to Gamescom 2024. Now it’s Capcom’s turn, as the Japanese developer has shared its plans and games that will be available during Gamescom 2024.
Capcom will be showcasing a wide variety of games and experiences at Gamescom 2024. Attendees of the show, which will take place from August 21 to 25, 2024 in Cologne, Germany, specifically at the Koelnmesse convention center will be able to try out Capcom’s games and experiences for the first time. Ace Attorney Investigations Collection —game to which we already dedicated our first impressions— will be available to try before its launch in September, including the western debut of Ace Attorney Investigations 2: Prosecutor’s Gambit. Street Fighter 6 will also be present at Gamescom 2024, as Capcom has confirmed that they will be bringing a demo to the event, with which attendees will have the chance to try out Terry Bogart —the second DLC character from Season 2 of SF6— before its releaseAdditionally, during Gamescom 2024 Capcom is expected to reveal the trailer showing how SNK’s Terry Bogart fights in Street Fighter 6. Now that we know that the demonstration of Street Fighter 6 (SF6) which has Terry Bogart available will be at Gamescom 2024 we can say that it is not unreasonable that the first guest character of Street Fighter 6 will be available between the second and third week of September.
