In September 2021, the fireproof Crash Bandicoot will celebrate its 25th anniversary. The first game in the series came out for the first PlayStation in September 1996. This is also the year that the excellent Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time (whose review you can read here) is coming to Nintendo Switch, PC, and next-gen consoles.
To celebrate all this, the players of Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time we are going to receive a fun gift: the ‘Pure Bone’ costume for both Crash and Coco. This was announced through the franchise’s official Twitter account.
How to get the ‘Pure Bone’ costume (Bare Bones) for Crash and Coco in Crash 4?
If you want to dress Crash and Coco with the fun appearance ‘Pure Bones’ (Bare Bones) you just have to update the game and finish the second level of Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time.
But that is not all. If you play on PlayStation, you will also get extra costumes for Crash and Coco after finishing the second level. These have futuristic and caveman themes. We won’t see them on other platforms until 2022.
