If what you like most about the Hoyoverse title is the intense fights against enemies, we have an event for you that you will surely enjoy. The combat club ‘Hyakunin Ikki’ is coming to the 2.5 update Genshin Impact and we are going to tell you everything we know about its start date, game mechanics and rewards.
What is the start date of the ‘Hyakunin Ikki’en Fight Club event? Genshin Impact?
This game mode will be available between 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 18, and 3:59 a.m. on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. The times mentioned correspond to the server in which they play.
Requirements to participate
- Adventure Rank 30 or higher.
- Finish the Archon quest “Ritou’s Escape Plan”.
How to participate and what does the event consist of?
this is an event single player in which we will participate in six combat challenges in which we have to kill the enemies within the time limit to get the best possible score. Each challenge has three different levels of difficulty: Normal, Hard and Extreme. The higher the difficulty, the more points we will get.
Challenges will unlock gradually over the first six days of the event, one each day.
To start, we have to complete the new mission “The Fight Club: The Golden Whirlwind”. In the following image you can see where to start this adventure.
Before each challenge of The ‘Hyakunin Ikki’ combat club of Genshin Impact we will have to form six teams of up to two characters and two techniques. These techniques are divided into two types: master and normal.
If we don’t have enough characters to form the teams or we want to try new ones, the game offers us the following as a test:
- Kamisato Ayaka
- Yoimiya
- Kaedehara Kazuha
- Arataki Itto
- Xiangling
- Razor
When playing, we can change the team during the challenge to the next one on the list. The waiting time to change characters is 10 seconds and they will lose combat ability after 25 seconds. It’s important to switch teams when this happens so you c an continue to deal damage to enemies. Of course, it must be taken into account that the elemental consonances will not have an effect.
Switching gear and defeating enemies will stack ‘Fervour’. Upon reaching a certain point, characters will receive combat skill bonuses.

After reaching a certain score, we can go to the corresponding interface in the event menu to redeem the following rewards:
