The traveler and Paimon are now in charge of creating the most useful potions using the ingredients that Cyno and Nahida will give them. In this guide we are going to tell you how to participate, what ingredients to mix and what rewards you can win in the new Dazzling Potions web event of Genshin Impact.
What is the date of the event?
Is available between 11:00 pm on May 10 and 11:00 am on May 20, 2023 (Colombia, Peru and Ecuador time).
How to play the Dazzling Potions web event of Genshin Impact?
If they play on PC or mobile devices, enter this websiteselect the server you play on (if you are in Colombia, it is most likely America) and log in with your Hoyoverse account. But the best option to participate is by entering directly from the ‘special events’ menu within the game or the link you received in the internal mail. This will automatically sign you in with your account.
We also recommend you access directly from said menu if you play from PS4 or PS5
Remember that only players who have already reached Adventure Rank 10 or higher will be able to participate.
What is the web event about?
After the initial dialogues between the traveler and Paimon we will be able to talk to Cyno or Nahida so that they give us potion ingredients. We can only speak to one of them each day of the event. If we want to receive more ingredients, we must come back the next day.
To collect the synthesis materials we must perform simple tasks such as log in to the web event, log in to the game, visit some web pages or social media profiles, or perform certain tasks in Genshin Impact. Once complete, we must return to this section and touch the collect button to get the materials.
Once we have materials, we must touch the ‘Syn thesize’ button to enter the potion creation screen. These are the steps we must follow to create them.
- Drag a blue or green framed ingredient to the pot.
- Drag a frame ingredient of the other color to the pot.
- Choose the base – water or oil – from the left side of the screen and drag it to the pot.
- Stir the potion by touching the stirrer and dragging it back and forth.
- Touch the bellows when Paimon tells you to.
The goal is to create effective potions. When we select the first ingredient, Paimon gives us a clue about what we can combine it with. Don’t worry if you fail because in that case, the ingredients will not be consumed.
What ingredients to combine to obtain potions?

Don’t worry if you can’t create all the potions on your first playthrough. The idea is to create about four each day and come back the next day to make more when they receive the ingredients from Cyno or Nahida.
What are the rewards of the Dazzling Potions web event of Genshin Impact?
To start, in the Potion Synthesis Guide we can tap under each potion recipe we create to claim 1000 Mora.
But the main event rewards they depend on the number of potions we synthesize. Every time we complete a certain number we must go to this screen and touch the corresponding chests to claim them.
The rewards are:
- two potions: 20 Protogemas, 10,000 Mora
- four potions: 20 Protogemas, 40,000 Mora
- eight potions: 20 Protogemas, 40,000 Mora
- twelve potions: 20 Protogems, 4 Hero’s Wits
- sixteen potions: 20 Protogems, 4 Hero’s Wits
We can also get the following extra rewards:
- Obtain two-time synthesis materials from Nahida: 10 Protogems, 2 Mystic Refinement Ore
- Get two-time synthesis materials from Cyno: 10 Protogems, 2 Mystic Refinement Ore
They will get the rewards a few minutes after claiming them through the internal mail of Genshin Impact.
