During Gamescom 2022 ‘Opening Night Live’ special presentation we got a big surprise. A game that was officially announced eight years ago, had been revived. We refer to Dead Island 2 and at the time they said it was going to be out in early February 2023, but that release date has been pushed back.

On November 17, the Dambuster studio announced that it would no longer release the game on the day announced through a post. on the official account of the title on Twitter.
“We understand the irony of postponing the release date of Dead Island 2 and we are just as disappointed as you no doubt are. The postponement is only 12 short weeks and the development is already in the home stretch. We’ll use this type to make sure we can release a game we’ll be proud of. For those who have been waiting for years, thank you for sticking with us.”
when does it really come out Dead Island 2 after being postponed?
The new game release date is Friday April 28, 2023. It will come to PC, PS4, PS5 Xbox One and Series X | S. On December 6 we will be able to see a new trailer for this title.
