Since the beginning of June Bungie launched The final formthe DLC that will put an end to the 10-year history of our guardian. So in our review of Destiny 2: The final form We will explore the new things that the Faint Heart brings to Guardians. All this while we witness one of the best expansions that Bungie has released in the 10 years of its most ambitious project.
Every great ending has a beginning
We already know that the story of Destiny 2: The Final Form marks the climax of the saga of the Light and Darkness. This time, the story of the new DLC Destiny 2 revolves around the final confrontation with the Witness, a powerful entity seeking to enforce its vision of a universe frozen in time, known as the Final Form.
The campaign takes place primarily in the Pale Heart, a new destination within the Traveler where memories and emotions manifest physically. Throughout the campaign, players join Vanguard leaders Zavala, Ikora, and Crow, as well as the resurrected Cayde-6, to stop the Witness’s plans. The story of Destiny 2: The Final Form culminates in an epic final battle where players, along with 11 other Guardians, face off against the Witness and his forces in a massive assault in one of the most memorable showdowns in Bungie’s 10-year history of the game.
It’s never too late to learn new tricks
We already know that in Destiny 2: The Final Form We’ll be finishing off the story with an activity for up to 12 players. However, this isn’t the only new feature Bungie has included in this latest major DLC. The new Prismatic subclass allows players to mix and match abilities from existing elemental subclasses. This opens up a huge number of possibilities and allows players to mold their Guardian to their own playstyle. Additionally, a new enemy faction called The Horrors adds that extra layer of difficulty needed in the end game and the new raid called Edge of Salvation.
Additionally, Destiny 2: The Final Form It stands out for its greater emphasis on puzzles (puzzles) that are seen throughout the different activities. These puzzles are strongly influenced by those we have encountered in some of the game’s raids. It should be noted that these puzzles – far from being a burden or abruptly cutting off the action – add variety to the game and are a real relief to the stages where action reigns.
New locations with an excellent presentation
Unlike Eclipsethe new locations that we will find in Destiny 2: The Final Form stand out for their ethereal beauty, which is full of symbolism, bright jungles and dark and disturbing environments. All of this significantly supports the narrative and the conclusion of our guardian’s epic story. It is worth noting that of all the places we have visited in the 10-year history of Destiny, Those we visited in Faint Heart are the most detailed and memorable. They are undoubtedly worthy of a final battle.
The new progression system called “Pioneer” features 20 nodes, which can be unlocked by completing specific objectives. Doing so will earn you experience, and if you reach the end you will unlock a satisfying reward.
Destiny 2: Frontiers will mark the future of our guardian
There is no better time to return to Destiny 2 that this. Since, The final form Not only is it a great closure to the saga of the Light and Darkness but it is also an excellent starting point for all those who want to enter this universe for the first time. Also, if you have already played before Destiny and have not entered for a long time will find a large number of new activities and also some others that had been forgotten for a long time. This is because the content store has activities from the first installment and some of Destiny 2 which were removed by Bungie due to changes in season and narrative line.
Now that the solar system is safe after 10 long years, we are eager to see what lies ahead for our guardian in the content Bungie has planned for Year 10, which will take us to the frontiers of the universe we have fought in for the past decade.
