As we already know, Deck Nine studio is working on a new installment of the visual novel saga created by Dontnod that will serve as a direct sequel to the first installment. Max will be back in Life is Strange: Double Exposure and you can wear costumes with characters from Final Fantasy VII thanks to a DLC included with the definitive collector’s edition.
The suits in question have prints of Cactuar, Chocobo, Bom and Tonberri. The pack also includes an adorable Mog hat. You can see what all of these cosmetic items look like in the images below.
We can’t deny that they look great, but they have a terrible problem. It seems that the DLC with costumes Final Fantasy VII is tied to the definitive edition of the Life is Strange: Double Exposure. This has the very high cost of 292,900 Colombian pesos and Steam and 310,500 pesos on Xbox. While it does come with more cosmetic content and two weeks early access for the first two chapters, that’s over 100,000 over the cost of the base game.
Players are already complaining about this and are asking for clarification on whether these suits Final Fantasy They will be available separately from that version.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure will be released for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. There will also be a version for Nintendo Switch, but it has not yet been released.
