Half season 3 has just begun in the games of CoD, but there are players who are already looking at what comes further. Thanks to a leak we were able to take a first look at the new Vondel map, which should reach Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 in season 4.
The image in question was discovered by data miners after the game’s recent update. This shows an urban map crossed by a small river and with the presence of a windmill. This one has text on its middle that says ‘Placeholder’.
Activision immediately began removing the image from different websites and social media.
The renowned website CharlieIntel confirmed the veracity of the image and shared more related data.
What is the new map of season 4 of Call of Duty: Warzone?
According to the leak, the new map is called Vondel, it is located in the Netherlands and will come to Warzone 2.0 in season 4which should start in mid-June 2023.
This map will be available to players of the Resurgence Mode. The details fit with rumors and details that we have seen in previous leaks. However, we have to make it clear that this is all speculation and we are not sure about anything about the new map until Activision makes it official or we see it in-game.
