The main dish of the version 4.3 It is already served. The Roses and Muskets event has already started in Genshin Impact and it has several mini-games, but we are going to dedicate this guide to only one of them: Ingenious Framing, which asks us to create our own short films by choosing certain scenes.
This event will be available from December 21, 2023 until the end of version 4.3, which should be the Tuesday, January 30, 2024.
In addition to the main plot of the event – in which the traveler and Paimon join Furina, Ayaka, Ayato, Yoimiya and Chiori to participate in a ‘Kinematographic Festival’ – we have four mini-games in which we can win Theatrical coupons and special coins to claim Protogems, ascension materials and the Four Star Greatsword Supreme Super Magic Sword.
The mini-games are as follows:
- Hundredth to thousandth feet interception shooting zone: It is a sniper minigame in which we have to aim at enemies from afar and shoot them. The fewer bullets we spend, the better rewards we will get, so it is best to take advantage of the areas with explosive barrels and thus kill several enemies with a single shot.
- Fantastic lights, realistic effects: This is a combat test in which we can use some “borrowed” characters. From time to time we can activate lighting effects that give us advantages. The objective is to kill as many enemies as possible before time runs out.
- extreme expulsion: This is a fun competitive multiplayer minigame in which we have to push as many puppets to our area as possible. Fortunately, it is not necessary to win games to earn their rewards, just participate and score as many points as possible.

How to play Ingenious Framing
When we beat the first part of the main story of ‘Roses and Muskets’, the attention posts of each mini-game will open in the city of Fontaine. There we have to approach Lumiere Junior and talk to him to activate it.
It is curious that those in charge of the minigames are references to legends of French cinema, such as the Lumiere brothers y Georges Melies.

- First scene: Right position (top view of Lynette swimming), third narration (“Where do I swim to?…”).
