Those who were watching The Game Awards could realize that the rumors were true. If a PlayStation character (Kratos) was able to join Fortnite, it was hardly fair that one of Xbox did the same and here we have the Master Chief, from Halo, to balance things out.
The skin for this character is now available in the Item Shop at Fortnite. We can get it individually or in a batch with the rest of the set. This includes the UNSC Pelican glider, the Gravitational Hammer pickaxe of the Brute Halo and the Battle Legend retro backpack. The latter is a holographic Elite skull that serves as a trophy for the Chief’s exploits.
We can also get the Warthog mini gesture. This allows us to move around in a quite fun way with the iconic M12 vehicle, but in a miniature version.
If you want to differentiate your Master Chief from others in Fortnite, play the title from an Xbox Series X | S console. This will unlock a matte black style for the armor of this legendary character.
This is not all content inspired by Halo that reaches Fortnite. Starting at 10:00 am on December 11 (Colombia time) you will find a recreation of Blood Gulch (Hemorrhage) in Creative Mode. This is one of the most remembered multiplayer maps in the series and has been remastered several times. They will be able to find this island in the featured center and play a game of ‘Capture the Flag’.
