The stock of the next generation consoles, Xbox Series X and PS5 is very limited. The arrival of more stock of the consoles is coming by dropper, so if you want to get one for the Christmas period to make a gift or for a close friend, there are not many opportunities.
However, if you live in Spain you may still have a chance to get a PS5 before Christmas, since Game has confirmed that it will have new stock available -but limited- this morning for Spanish users. As we say, it will work again as a reservation system for the limited stock, only online and only for Spain, so you should be vigilant.
The company has confirmed that will open reservations tonight at 00:00 (December 3, 2020), so it may be one of the few opportunities to buy a PS5, while at the moment no other retail, neither physical nor online, has confirmed that it will have stock in the coming days, a task that will also be more complicated as Christmas approaches:

We emphasize that, as GAME points out, reservations will be exclusively online and cannot be done physically as happened at launch. In principle, the company has not confirmed whether it will only be the standard PS5 or there will also be options to get the digital version of the console.
