A new platform dedicated to Colombian gamers has just been launched in recent days. Is about Gamer E + V Challenges, a challenge portal that challenges video game lovers to complete a series of feats in numerous titles in exchange for recognition and juicy prizes.
The project, now up and running, allows players across the country to sign up to take part in challenges that last just a few days. Its premise is simple: those who participate can play at the time they want (within the allowed time frame) and send the results of the attempt in which they have obtained the best performance. Namely, participants will be free to decide when to play and how much time to spend on challenges.
But what exactly is a challenge? We will explain this below:
How do the Gamer E + V Challenges work?
The Gamer E + V Challenges are challenges open to the public that require the fulfillment of a goal in order to participate. This can be to win a game in a given game, or to finish a level without dying. However, the objective is not only limited to that, it also has a component that by which the efforts of the players are valued and classified. In the examples mentioned, it can be to win the game with the highest possible number of kills, or to finish the level without dying in the shortest time.
When the time to receive results is up, the platform will organize the list of the best players in each challenge according to the criteria defined in the rules. Reaching this ladder will always be a well-fought fight, since the first positions are equivalent to an interesting monetary reward.
On the other hand, there will also be a general ranking system. Each challenge will award a number of points to players based on their position after closing time. At the end of the season, the best in the general ranks will be awarded even more striking prizes. With this, those who participate in various challenges will be rewarded.
How many challenges are there?
Not all challenges will be available from the start. In fact, the Gamer E + V Challenges plan is to offer only two challenges per week. Also, while one starts on Tuesdays and will be open until Friday; the other will be declared open on Thursdays, and will remain so until Monday of the following week.
Only one challenge is active from the first week, and it is ‘Headshot’, from Fortnite. This activity will require players to register a game that ended in a victory royale and where a high number of headshots were achieved. Whoever meets the condition and who has the highest number of headshots will be the winner. Just this once, the challenge will last a full week; that is, until May 13.
Next week’s challenges will be called ‘Waka-Waka’ by Pac-Man and ‘Odin’s Choice’ from Brawlhalla. You can check more details on the page of Desafiosgamer.com.
The season will include a total of 20 challenges. Not much information on the other activities has been revealed so far, but a strong emphasis on mobile games such as Mario Kart Tour Y COD Mobile.
