Sony has announced PlayStation Plus Collection, a new benefit included in the PlayStation Plus subscription that will offer gamers of PlayStation 5 access to a selection of games already available at PlayStation 4.
It is one more service that seeks to increase the value of the premium subscription and provide a catalog of titles immediately. All this while maintaining the price of PlayStation Plus, which costs 59.99 dollars per year, 24.99 dollars for three months or 8.99 dollars per month.
PlayStation Plus Collection is a new incentive for those who decide to join the service Playstation plus on PS5. Sony has decided to offer its subscribers an extensive catalog of PlayStation 4 games that they can download on their PlayStation 5 the day of its launch.
Among them are many exclusives, as well as some third party. At the moment it is unknown if accessing this incentive will entail a higher cost in membership, but there is no doubt that it is a master move by the Japanese company to compete with Microsoft’s Game Pass; at least launch.
