A few days ago Sony stated that PS5 had recorded the largest worldwide launch in company history and in Spain the same has also happened. The 43,000 PS5 units sold during the week of its launch compared to 38,000 PS4 units (2013), 35,000 PS3 units (2007) and 40,000 PS2 units (2000).
We will always have the doubt about the number of units that would have been sold if the demand had not exceeded the offer. We have this problem in Spain and around the world. In both cases, there are not enough consoles for all those interested and it does not seem that the situation will change until the first quarter of 2021.
