Between 1999 and 2005, the so-called “era of the prequels of Star Wars«Fans of the franchise receive a large number of video games inspired by these films. One of the most notable was Star Wars: Bounty Hunteran action game for PS2 and GameCube starring Jango Fett that will soon have a remastered version for PC and modern consoles.
The Aspyr studio is in charge of this remastering. You can see the trailer below.
This game served as a prequel to Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones. During the adventure we see how he met fellow Clawdite Zam Wesell, how he was chosen to be cloned in the Republic army and even how he got the ship that he would later inherit from his son Boba Fett.
What improvements will this version have?

- New flashlight to explore dark areas
- We can play with Boba Fett’s armor after beating the game once
The inclusion of this armor is interesting because the original version of the game for PS2 and GameCube suggested that it could be unlocked, but it was not possible to do so.
When is the remastered version of Star Wars: Bounty Hunter and for which platforms?
Aspyr and Lucasfilm Games announced that this improved version of the game starring Jango Fett will have a release date of Thursday August 1, 2024.
