Epic Games and Psyonix revealed the start date of season 17 of Rocket Leaguewhich introduces the long-awaited online free play mode, a new arena, game modes and more.

When does season 17 of Rocket League?
This season will begin Wednesday December 4, 2024 and will end on March 5, 2025
Free online game
This new modality allows you to create a highly personalized session including Soccar, Hoops, Snow Day and DropShot game modes in all the arenas already available. Acceleration, goal reset and more can also be adjusted.
Split Shot (3 vs. 3) and Split Shot Heatseeker game modes will also be available during the season between December 10 and 17, 2024.
New sand
This season introduces the Arcade variant of the already known Neo Tokyo.
Among the free rewards that we can get in season 17 of Rocket League and the introduction of free online play mode are as follows:
- Título Power of Friendship– Free Play Party limited time event
- Dieci wheels in black– Free Play Party limited time event
- Icebreak Sign: log in to the season
- Player's AnthemPLAY (VIP)’ of Tokyo Machine: free in store at the end of December
