It’s been a long wait, but we finally have some official information about Season 4 and the creative mode of Fall Guysincluding the theme ‘vaporwave’, release date and thanks to new leaks we also learned the costume of the collaboration with Hello Kitty.

It is a video of more than 30 minutes in which they talk about the development of the new season, explain step by step how to create a round in creative mode, what could come in the future and even tell us what the plot of the game is.

When does the new season 4 start and what date does the creative mode come to Fall Guys?
This “digital retro and vaporwave” themed game mode and round creation will be available in-game starting on Wednesday May 10, 2023, as the leaks suggested.
Changes to the Show Selector and Season Pass
This is what the Fall Guys show selector will look like after the arrival of creative mode. It will have more live activities and several curated selections of player-created rounds.
With the arrival of season 4 and creative mode, season passes will disappear from Fall Guys and will be replaced with a shorter star pass. Because of this there will be more passes per season.
These new star passes from Fall Guys they will only have 40 levels and each one will cost only 600 alubiones. This will better accommodate the pace at which players enjoy this game, according to its creators. From now on the seasons will be longer, but the developers say that there will be no more “droughts” of content like the current one.
It will also change the way character clashes work.
New rounds, costumes and collaboration with Hello Kitty
During season 4 they will arrive 50 new rounds a Fall Guys, not counting those created by players in creative mode. At the time of writing this note, none of them were officially named, but several can be seen in the season trailer at the end of the presentation.
As for costumes, in the trailer we got to see “retro” versions of outfits known as the dove, a new computer suit, and more.
Regarding collaborations, we know one comes with Doraemon. That’s the only one they’ve officially revealed, but leaks suggest costumes are coming from collaborations with Pac-Man, Hello Kitty y Transformers a Fall Guys in season 4.
the well-known informant FGLeaksAndInfo added that the Hello Kitty collaboration costume will be part of the first all-star pass of season 4 of Fall Guys.
Future
The Mediatonic team is working on the following features. Although they make it clear that these might never be implemented, they sound very interesting:
- Enhancers as a double jump and throw an explosive pegwin at another player.
- tangled mode in which the players are linked by a rope that pulls them together.
