Sony Europe announces a range of its current BRAVIA televisions’Ready for PlayStation 5’. The new ‘Ready for PlayStation 5’ seal has been created in collaboration with Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) so that the consumer can easily select the optimal television for the expected PlayStation 5, the next generation game console that will be released later this year.
Sony’s first ‘Ready for PlayStation 5’ TVs include the featured XH90 4K HDR Full Array LED and ZH8 8K HDR Full Array LED models. The XH90 displays game images up to 4K resolution at 120fps with an input lag of just 7.2ms. The ZH8 is capable of displaying incredibly detailed 8K resolution images while also displaying 4K resolution game images at extremely smooth 120fps (specs vary by PS5 game). Both TVs will provide extremely smooth gaming experiences with the PS5 console.
The ‘Ready for PlayStation 5’ TV models also feature BRAVIA Game Mode, which allows automatic play on the PS5 console with low latency. Thanks to the BRAVIA Game Mode, the user can simultaneously turn on both the TV and the console with the DualSense wireless controller, and seamlessly control the PS5 using only the TV remote control.
