It took more than half a year, but Sony will finally make different colored DualSense controls available to us for PS5. Unsurprisingly, an ad of this “magnitude” is worthy of its own trailer.
The features of the DualSense controls, such as haptic vibration and adaptive triggers, really make the experience of playing on a PS5 something special. That is why we are surprised that it took so long to launch new versions of these devices. But here they finally have them. These are the ‘Midnight Black’ and ‘Cosmic Red’ color controls.
These are not DualSense controls for PS5 that can simply be described as “colored black and red.” According to designers Leo Cardoso and Satoshi Aoyagi, both the Midnight Black and Cosmic Red controls have a subtle blue undertone that produces unique shades of red and black. Th is hue is also present in the colors of the original control, so the three complement each other very well.
Both controls will reach retail stores around the world in June 2021. They have not yet given a specific date, but they did say that it may change according to the region. They will be excellent to enjoy more than 25 new games
