This outfit and the other cosmetics will be available to subscribers from February 28, 2022 at 7:00 pm (Colombian time)

In addition to the Tracy Trabas cosmetics, active Fortnite Club subscribers will receive 1,000 V-Bucks in March 2022, but will not arrive alongside the sequel outfit at the start of the month. They will receive these V-Bucks on the same day as their subscription billing date.
