In just a few days, zombie game fans will finally be able to enjoy the sequel to the acclaimed Dying Light. What better time to reveal the roadmap for Techland’s long-awaited game? Through the game’s official account on Twitter, the Polish studio has revealed all the DLC that will come to Dying Light 2 after its release.
What DLC content will come to Dying Light 2 after its release?
The roadmap of Dying Light 2 reveals that the sequel will receive its first story DLC in June. The latter is included in the Deluxe and Collector’s editions of the title. Between its release and the debut of the aforementioned DLC, the game will receive various free content: in February, cosmetic items based on the different factions; in March and May, a couple of packs with new challenges; and in April, an event that will introduce mutated infected.
However, the above will only be the beginning. In the publication of the roadmap, Techland has assured that they will support Dying Light 2 for the next 5 years. Coming content includes the second story DLC—which is included in the Collector’s Edition of the game—and free updates that bring new enemy weapons, events, and more.
