Three days ago SNK revealed the presentation trailer for Terry Bogard in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. Now, the turn to have a formal presentation in the new SNK fighting game is for Hotaru Futaba, another of the characters from Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves that we already knew from previous previews shared by SNK.
Hotaru Futaba has fighting moves taken from the previous installment of the series. However, the Rev System gives a fresh look to her combat style and creates new situations that distance her from her version of Garou: Mark of the Wolves.
SNK has shared a brief description of Hotaru Futaba’s story in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves:
Hotaru Futaba is a young girl who searches everywhere for her older brother, who disappeared when their mother died. As luck would have it, one day she meets someone who looks a lot like him, Gato. Although he denied all knowledge of the matter. But that was then, this is now, and Hotaru has not yet given up: determined to fight the mysterious stranger again and make her feelings known, she sets out into the unknown once more.

However, SNK with the trailer that announced the launch of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves will be in early 2025, only revealed the first five characters of the game. Among these is Preecha, a fighter who will debut in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves.
