Last year we saw the excellent animated film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem and, although it was delayed, we will soon have a video game based on it. Let’s learn more about it TMNT: Mutants Unleasheda new game in which we will control Leo, Mike, Raph and Don.
This title is being developed by the studio aHeartfulofGames (Heart & Slash, Iron Skin) and will be distributed by Outright Games. You can check out the gameplay trailer below.
As you can see, the game retains the striking visual style of the film and looks excellent. In addition to the turtles, other characters from the films return, such as April O’Neil, Splinter, Bebop, Rocksteady and Leatherhead. It seems that the villain of the moment will be Wyrm, although there will be new enemies created by Woodrow White
Outright Games doesn’t have the best reputation in the world. Many of the games they release are very low-budget, low-quality works that only try to cash in on the license. However, this title looks incredible and we think there’s a good chance it will live up to the movie and other games in the franchise.
