It is curious that fans of this shooting game saga buy a new title every year but many end up gravitating towards the same old maps. One of the most promoted elements of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 It is the return of the popular map Nuketown (‘Nuclear Town’) and we already know the date when we will be able to use them in our multiplayer games of this new game.
To celebrate its launch, Activision published a new trailer showing what the games will be like in this well-known setting.
Nuketown was first introduced in the series in the first Black Opsreleased for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC in 2010. It is undoubtedly the most popular map in that game and that is why it has continually returned in subsequent installments, although not in all of them. It also has alternative versions in the future (Nuketown 3025) and invaded by undead (Nuketown zombies).
It is an artificial population created in the middle of the Nevada desert. It is inspired by real creations of the United States Army in the 1950s that were destroyed by nuclear tests to measure the impact they could have.
What is the release date and time of the Nuketown map in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6?
As the trailer says, the ‘Nuclear Town’ map will be available on Friday, November 1, 2024. They are usually enabled at noon for Colombia, but we cannot confirm that it will be that exact time.
