PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Season 10 brings a new urban and small-scale map, player customization changes, and more.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Season 10 is finally out. The most recent update for PUBG is pretty massive, overhauling some systems and adding an entirely new map to the mix.
Perhaps the biggest change in PUBG season 10 is the new AI-packed urban map, Haven. Haven is small in scale with only 32 players, but the action will be intense. Haven is under the control of a group of mercenaries named Pillar, and players will want to use stealth to avoid helicopters and tactical trucks controlled by Pillar. AI guards can also be found, and they will often protect high-end loot. Haven combines small-scale, stealth-based urban gameplay with an interesting survival mix of real human and AI-controlled enemies.
When it comes to the new map, those who are interested may want to try it out sooner rather than later. PUBG Season 9 also saw a new in-game map, but the Paramo map is already being removed from PUBG for now. Theoretically, the same could happen with Haven. But the closeness, the urban environment and the enemies of the AI make the map truly unique.

The new season also brings an overhaul to the way players add equipment to their player. Default costumes can be created and saved for favorite outfits. Also, Season 10 comes with another survival pass with tons of gear. The game is beginning to evolve from an aesthetic perspective, thanks in part to PUBG’s new creative director. The update also comes with a new parachute item, team deathmatch mode changes, ranked mode adjustments, gesture alterations and more.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is available for mobile devices, PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X / S.
