After the success of the remake of the second installment, it was clear that the return of Resident Evil 3 was going to be one of the milestones for PlayStation in 2020. Leon and Claire hit it with their renewed appearance in Resident Evil 2 Remake, and we are all anxious to see how Nemesis makes its brand new return to PS4.
In the recent State of Play, Sony has officially launched the Resident Evil 3 in a very special way. The Japanese company started the trailer from the first person point of view of a young woman escaping from a zombie horde. The first impression was that it was news about “Project Resistance” (which too) but everything changed when the identity of the fleeing person was revealed.
Nemesis returns to PS4
It is nothing less than Jill Valentine, protagonist of the third installment of Resident Evil and one of the icons of the saga. To close the trailer, Capcon shows us a first look at the renewed aspect of nemesis, which awakens on a stretcher to close the ads. Project Resistance becomes a kind of "multiplayer mode" within Resident Evil 3, which is why Capcom has combined both ads.
Resident Evil 3 Remake will arrive on April 3, 2020 on PS4. Capcom has indicated that players can reserve the game right away. We have also received the first image of its spectacular collector's edition.
