Capcom shared a new trailer for Resident Evil: Village in which he talks about the third demo that we can play exclusively on PS4 and PS5. It’s called Castle and it can already be preloaded on those consoles because we can play it tomorrow only at a certain time and only tomorrow.
Luckily, on May 1 we will have access to an hour of demo of the game on all platforms, but the truth is that Sony users have exclusive content to enjoy this weekend.
Exclusive content
The first demo, “Maiden” is still available, a visual showcase. But the second, “Village” was only available on April 17 for a few hours and we could only play 30 minutes. The same is now the case for “Castle,” 30 minutes of play between 5 PM PDT and 1 AM PDT. That is, there will be an 8 hour window to play this demo that we can only complete once.
As the name of the demo says, we can enter the castle of Alcina Dimitrescu. With “Maiden” we were already in the catacombs and some parts of the castle, but in theory now we can explore these domains more. In fact, we have seen more rooms and characters that belong to this area than any other, and the map is quite large.
In any case, this is Sony’s latest exclusive demo, the last, the longest and it will be available for a full day will be published on Steam, PlayStation Store and Microsoft Store on May 1 at 5 PM PDT and will last until same time the next day.
Those interested in “Castle” should preload the demo right now on their Sony console so they don’t waste time tomorrow. The hours are at night in Latin America, so everything fits to test this Resident Evil that, beyond the memes with Alcina Dimitrescu, it seems that it will continue with the theme of fear and suspense before action.
