According to SteamDBCapcom changed the labels on its own game a couple of days ago. The new “tags” are “Open World” and “Sexual Content” which confirms the suspicions and what we basically all thought since they revealed the design of the villains.
The same for the open world aspect, it is a very common element in current games and that Resident Evil touched a bit with the remake of the third installment. It seems that with Village they will go further, since there will be secondary objectives beyond the main mission and will be directly related to the rest of the plot, but they will not be necessary to complete the game.
Momentary nudity
Regarding sexual content, it must be remembered that the label is somewhat vague in video games. Explicit sexual intercourse often pushes games to a limit that allows them to sell to almost no audience, so we doubt Capcom will cross this limit in a game that must sell by the millions. Also, it is not the RE with this label, as Resident Evil 6 had it.
(2/2) know is those “moth lady” vampires people have been raving about recently, when they dissipiate or are killed they are naked for a moment, that said they turn… goopy, and into these crawling spider things, which are not very attractive, so take that as you will.

“Sexual content” ranges from full or partial nudity to sexual innuendo by important people. According to AestheticGamer, a well-known Capcom insider (with his hits and misses), the villains would show themselves naked for a moment before turning into something much less easy to see as is often the case with Resident Evil bosses.
This does not rule out that there are other types of more explicit scenes in the game, but the usual thing is that this is the “sexual content” that Capcom refers to in the Steam labels. The game is the same for all platforms, so SteamDB is a good source to talk about the game in general.
Resident Evil Village is coming May 7 to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, and PC.
