The news couldn’t be better for fans of the medieval fantasy universe created by Bethesda, after seven years in the market, The Elder Scrolls Online will arrive mid-2022 translated for the first time in Spanish. The MMORPG developed by Zenimax Online will receive a full Spanish translation of its texts and although the voices will remain in English, they will also be subtitled.
Bethesda announced that the idea is for the online role-playing game to have all of its content by now (base game and five expansions) translated in the next year and of course, all those coming to Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, PC / Mac, Stadia, PS4 and PS5. The company claims that, as expected, players will be able to continue with your characters and their games without any changes.
After 7 years since its launch in 2014, The Elder Scrolls Online is in great shape, with a community of 19 million players around the world, according to data from Bethesda itself. Announcing your Spanish translation will certainly help empower your Spanish speaking community, a community that has been pushing for localization for years.
