“High ground” doesn’t always mean the ground. Climb up to the jungle canopies and attack the enemies from above.
When you return to the ground, slide through the mud for more speed than normal sliding…and gain camouflage in the process!
Slipping through the mud can help you get a clean (figuratively speaking) getaway.
Speaking of mobility, ride the jungle vines (called lianas) to move faster from place to place. You can even use your weapons while riding.
wild weapons
A new weapon from the olden days, strategically throw a Kinetic Boomerang and hit enemies in its flight and return paths. Did you miss your shot? No problem – recall your trusty boomerang to set off a small explosion, then try again!
There’s the ancient Kinetic Boomerang – and there’s a modern weapon, too. Grab the Flapjack Gun, a high capacity heavy weapon that deals high structure damage. The Flapjack Rifle is also useful on opponents.
The Flapjack rifle features a rotating magazine – watch it move forward as you shoot down strongholds and enemies.
Also a modern weapon, adopt the thermal DMR and detect the heat of your enemies. Just be careful of enemies with mud camouflage, as they will be hidden from thermal detection.
Ferocious flora and fauna
The jungle is dangerous, but full of advantages to gain the advantage over your opponents. Shoot a bomb flower to create an explosion or shoot a stinky flower to release poisonous gas at nearby enemies. Not all vegetation is harmful – destroy Slurp plants to heal yourself and your team.
And animal life? Raptors are running wild in the jungle – take control of them by jumping on them. While riding, you will be able to use your arsenal and jump very high.
A hostile insect species known as wild wasps Also inhabit the jungle, preferring to swarm around certain plants. Gather them in a jar to throw at enemies! (If someone throws a Wildwasp Jar at Youjump in water or cover yourself in mud to get rid of wild wasps.)

Explore the island in style with the Chapter 4 Season 3 Battle Pass. Upon purchasing the Battle Pass, you will automatically unlock the era of the new “Ancestral Era” set.
As you progress through the Battle Pass, you’ll unlock outfits like rock ranger Rian and even Autobot leader Optimus Prime. Later in the season, Purradise Meowscles will be available to unlock in the Battle Pass!
