Raven has had to remove the helicopters from the battle royale game again, almost a year ago they had to do it due to a similar bug, only that it occurred at the limits of the map. From there players could shoot with impunity since no one could shoot them back. We now have a bug where the player becomes invisible and invincible if someone destroys the helicopter while a player is using the vehicle minigun.
Obviously, to die and still return to the game you have to have a kit to survive or be revived by a partner. Once you return to combat, you become invisible and, according to witnesses, practically invincible, so that player almost certainly wins the game.
The helicopters again
According to the players, a similar bug already occurred in December and Raven fixed it directly by eliminating the helicopters. In fact, if we remember, Warzone vehicles do not stop bringing problems and bugs in each patch. So it seems that the developers do not finish hitting the key to fix the problem at once.
🛠️ We’re removing the mini gun variant of the helicopter from #Warzone due to a new issue allowing players to become invisible. 🚁https://t.co/6VtbpyPCOJ

So this element of the game is absent again and it is unknown when it will return to the game. The community has reacted as expected, with a lot of negativity as many consider that the game has balance problems and bugs that take a long time to fix.
At least we know it’s on the priority list since it’s part of Raven’s Trello profile. This bug is right now, according to his Trello, “under investigation.” So at least we know that they will soon find a solution.
In other news Call of Duty: Warzone is getting a new map soon, it has been leaked via Reddit and is apparently a redesign of Verdansk only set in the 80s.
