The latest update for Watch Dogs: Legion has been delayed. Update 4.0 was scheduled to release sometime in April, but Ubisoft has run into some issues and the implementation of the Watch Dogs: Legion patch has been moved accordingly.
Watch Dogs: Legion launched in October 2021 to solid reviews, but no game is perfect. The game uses a bug report that players can submit issues to to broadcast issues within the game. Update 4.0 was set to address various bugs and include general gameplay improvements, and that will continue to be the case, but fans will have to wait a bit longer to see it live.
According to a post on the official Watch Dogs Twitter page, the most recent update will be released on May 4, 2021. This is not a huge difference from the April period that was originally planned, so it is likely that the fans don’t get too excited about the change. Also, as long as the problems are fixed in the end, most will be happy. With that said, the PC version of Watch Dogs: Legion multiplayer was also delayed, as console players started doing it without a hitch, so the community may start to get annoyed by Ubisoft’s continued startup and stops in the game. front of delay.

The 4.0 update in particular doesn’t seem to have a lot of content or features, which is fine, as the gameplay improvements and bug fixes are certainly important. However, the cross-generation and cross-generation support for Watch Dogs Legion that will come with a future update is something many fans have in their sights.
