Greetings, PS blog readers! On December 3rd, we will be hosting the PlayStation Partner Awards 2020 Japan Asia to recognize the bestselling PlayStation titles released last year. We will broadcast the event on the Official PlayStation Japan YouTube channel from 7:00 p.m. / 7:00 p.m. JST (2:00 a.m. Pacific, 10:00 a.m. GMT). English subtitles will be available.
At the PlayStation Partner Awards, we’ll be honoring creators who have appeared on PlayStation platforms over the past year. Jon Kabira and Hatsune Matsushima will host the event, handing out awards to the myriad of blockbuster titles released throughout 2020.

Partner price
Awarded to titles developed in the Japan / Asia region with leading global sales between October 2019 and September 2020 *, with particularly remarkable business results **.
Special price
Awarded to the following 2 titles:
- Titles developed by creators outside of the Japan / Asia region that achieved the highest sales in the Japan / Asia region from October 2019 to September 2020 *.
- Titles developed in the Japan / Asia region in collaboration with SIE Worldwide Studios which achieved the highest worldwide sales * from October 2019 to September 2020.
* Sales of hard copies and digital copies through PlayStation Store are factored into the calculation (including additional content and digital currency sales).
** SIE indices, which include the number of players, are also taken into account in determining the nominees.
