We are on the way to Android 15, which will likely see the light of day this fall after going through several beta versions. Currently we have updated our Google Pixel to Android 15 Beta 2, and we have told you all the new features, even listing several that we liked.
There are still a few preview builds left, according to Google’s schedule, until we say goodbye to Android 14 in style. And that means that in addition to testing new features before anyone else, we are exposed to insects this can cause our Android mobile to malfunction. We tell you how to exit Android 15 betawhether you own a Pixel or one of the recently entered third-party devices.

Having a Google mobile is practical for testing our operating system in beta version. If you have already joined and are enjoying the news of Android 15 before the rest of the users, you know the way back
- Go to the Android Beta website by following this link.
- Scroll down where you will see the device you listed to try the previous version.
- Click or tap the “Stop Participating” button. Pay attention to what comes next.
- To finish, click “Exit Beta Program”.
You have to lend pay attention to the penultimate step Well, Google warns us of two things: if we had a beta of Android 15, we will receive an OTA of Android 14 which will erase the data. If you don’t apply it, we won’t get more until Android 15 arrives stably. From there, everything happens on our mobile.

Each manufacturer is different, and in this case Nothing is committed to doing it from the phone for the user’s comfort. If you have come this far, it will be a descent for you: you will have to carry out the same process but with a different package:
- Download the following package.
- Create a folder called “ota” in the internal storage directory of your device.
- Copy the package to the “ota” folder.
- Go to your phone’s dialing screen and enter the following code: ##682##.
- The local update tool will now open. From the drop-down list that appears, select the update package you just copied.
- Press the button “Apply OTA directly from selection» to start the update.
- Reset your Nothing Phone 2a. ¡Listo!
Consider that your data will be reset, so you will lose your files and settings. You will have to start from scratch on Android 14.
Already your OnePlus Open or OnePlus 12 with stable Android
If you accessed the Android 15 beta program with your OnePlus Open or OnePlus 12, the return is also very similar, follow these steps:

- Copy the package to the internal memory of your OnePlus.
- Go to “Settings” > “About device” > “Version”. Tap the build number 7 times and enter the password to enter developer mode.
- Again, go back to “Settings” > “About device” > “Update”. Press the button at the top right then “Local installation”.

Revert your Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 13T Pro or Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4 to the previous version
Perhaps the most complicated process of all, that of Xiaomi, since it has already managed to unlock the bootloader to access the Android 15 beta. We tell you how to return to the stable version, step by step:
- Download the latest stable ROM for your Xiaomi 14, 13T Pro or Pad 6S Pro from here. It is expected to be based on Android 14 with HyperOS.
- Turn off your Xiaomi mobile or tablet, then start it in fastboot mode: off, hold the volume down button next to the power button.
- Unzip the downloaded ROM and save its path, you need to enter it into Xiaomi’s “MiFlash” software.
- Open this program, select the ROM and connect your device to fastboot. Once the mobile is recognized, simply click on “Flash”. Once finished, it will restart with the firmware installed.
As in the previous cases, you will lose your data: Although you can modify it in “MyFlash”, it is not recommended to go back without cleaning everything.
