Cyberpunk 2077, update 1.06
The list of fixes made is short but is sure to delight the players concerned.
Dum Dum is now present at the entrance of Dance of Death during the quest “Second Conflict”.
- Fix for consoles
Improved memory management and stability. Game crashes should be significantly reduced.
The 8MB limit on the size of backup files has been removed. Unfortunately, if your backup file is already corrupt, it cannot be repaired.
PC players that are the only ones affected by 8MB can now be reassured. The game now allows for more important saves without causing any data loss.
The players also saw significant improvements in the console experience. Crashes should therefore be much less numerous and this should mainly affect Xbox One and PS4 players.
Further updates will be introduced in the coming weeks. CD Projekt Red is also planning a very important patch in January to fix many bugs and significantly improve the gaming experience on Xbox One and PS4. Cyberpunk 2077 is therefore gradually improving and could very soon be fully playable.
