Capcom has announced through a statement the launch of The Great Ace Attorney: Chronicles, a title that compiles two Ace Attorney games that never left Japan, until now. The games included are The Great Ace Attorney: Adventures and The Great Ace Attorney 2: Resolve starring Ryunosuke Naruhodo.
Both titles were released on 3DS, the first in 2015 and the second in 2017, as well as on Android and iOS a year after their release on the Nintendo console. Only the most fans could have played it, since the 3DS has regional blocking and you needed a console and games bought in that region, in addition to knowing Japanese, of course.

Now both titles will reach the world with voices and English subtitles that can be exchanged at any time. In addition, the additional content includes a gallery of concept art, character illustrations and animated videos of the saga. Eight mini-episodes parallel to the main story, two special videos, 30 videos of Ryunosuke Naruhodo’s Seven Days of Sin animation and three alternative skins for the protagonist.
For those who do not know the saga may not know who Naruhodo, this is nothing more than the ancestor of the protagonist of the saga, Phoenix Wright. That is why the story will take place in the 19th century in different areas of Europe, and we will also have the help of another detective Herlock Sholmes who obviously parodies the creation of Arthur Doyle.
The titles are played like those of Phoenix Wright, stages of investigation in predetermined settings, stages of questioning witnesses and the trial, where we can shout “objection” as usual. In addition, we can play it in a normal way, with its challenges and difficulties, or in the story mode in which everything will happen in front of us without having to do anything.
The Great Ace Attorney: Chronicles llegará el 27 de julio a PlayStation 4, Switch y PC (Steam).
