Rumors reach every corner. According to leaks, the anime ‘Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Sotsu’ will have a total of 15 episodes during its broadcast.
The leak was published this Tuesday through la web de Somos Kudasai, indicating that the continuation of the Ryukishi07 graphic novel adaptation will be with us for longer than expected.
In its first edition, under the title of ‘Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Gou’, the anime had 24 episodes in total, so although 15 is usually an unusual number of chapters, it is not impossible.
So far its production has not confirmed the information. However, with its premiere scheduled for July 1, you won’t have to wait long to find out how long it will last on the small screen.
The first chapter will count as a one-hour special that includes episodes 1 and 2, allowing viewers to follow the twisted story between Rika and Satoko.
