Zoink Games has shared the first official trailer for Lost In Random, his second game after Ghost Giant, a title for PlayStation VR. This first game went largely unnoticed because it can only be played with VR, but Lost In Random promises to attract more attention.
To begin with, it will reach all current platforms, including the Switch and PC, it will not be a virtual reality game and they arrive with the quality seal of EA Originals. This editorial is the one dedicated to the indies of Electronic Arts and has left us titles such as Unravel, Fe, Sea of Solitude, A Way Out or the recent It Takes Two by Josef Farez.
Burton-style proposal
For its part, Lost In Random is a 3D adventure that for now seems conventional in terms of playability, but which stands out from now on for the proposed design of the world and its history. It will recall the collaborations of Pixar and Tim Burton and it will especially appeal to fans of the macabre and carnival, but not horror.
In Lost In Random we will control Even, who must find his sister Odd. The latter was kidnapped by the queen of this land where the fate of the people is decided by throwing a dice. Even (“even number” in English) will not undertake the journey alone, since to rescue Odd (‘odd number ”) she will receive the help of Dicey, a being in the form of a dice that joins her journey after she rescue.
The trailer can be seen below, the aesthetic is quite dark, as well as the story, so it cannot be said that it is only for children as one might initially believe.
Lost In Random Llegará en 2022 para PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/D, Switch y PC.
