The Apple Watch, with the various evolutions of watchOS, stores more and more information. From music to podcasts to photos, it’s relatively easy to run out of space. In view of this, we may remove content, but it’s easier to uninstall apps we don’t use, let’s see how to do it.
If we don’t use it, we can uninstall it
When we install applications on our iPhone, if they have their counterpart for the Apple Watch, the application is also installed on our watch
- We open the app Watch on our iPhone.
- We enter the tab My watch.
- We touch General.
- We entered Use.
We will see that the applications are listed before us with the bigger ones at the top
- We open the app Watch on our iPhone.
- We enter the tab My watch.
- We move to the end of the section.
- We deactivate the apps we want to remove.
Simple truth? A very simple system with which we can reclaim the previously occupied space that we can now allocate to other types of content. A freeing of space which, in addition, does not represent having to give up anything
With each iteration of the Apple Watch, Apple has increased the storage size of this tiny wrist computer. At the same time, the applications available for our watch are becoming more and more comprehensive and powerful, which increases the size they occupy. Either way, what is clear is that taking up space unnecessarily is not the best idea, so revisiting the “Use” list every now and then is really helpful.
