How it works? At the end of each month, iGamesNews will open a poll where you can vote for the best new game released this month. Shortly after, we’ll close the polls, count your votes, and announce the winner on iGamesNews. The PlayStation Store will also feature some of the top Player’s Choice winners throughout the year.
What are the voting criteria? It’s up to you! If you could only recommend a new version to a friend that month, which one would it be? In keeping with our long tradition of Game of the Year awards, remastered or re-released games will not be eligible. Ambitious, larger-scale reconstructions and remakes like Shadow of the Colossus and Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy will.
How are the nominees chosen? The editorial teams at iGamesNews and PlayStation Store will put together a list of the month’s most notable releases and use it to launch the poll. Written votes will be accepted.
