How can I watch WitcherCon?
WitcherCon will stream on CD Projekt Red’s Twitch and YouTube channels, as well as Netflix’s Twitch and YouTube channels. As the event nears, we’ll embed the feed here directly so it can be accessed more quickly.
What to expect from WitcherCon
Let’s quickly clarify one thing: the event page explicitly states that “no new Witcher games will be announced”, so this is not planned.
However, there is a lot of news about The Witcher that can be of interest, especially for movie and TV fans. First off, Netflix released a brief preview of the second season of the Netflix series during Geeked Week, so we might get a full trailer at WitcherCon.
We may even have a possible premiere date – the series is supposed to air this year.
It is also possible that there is news on other Netflix Witcher projects, such as Nightmare of the Wolf and Blood Origins, and that new products will be revealed.
There’s already a trailer for the event, including a “Flip a Coin at Your Witcher” segment, as well as Geralt’s famous buzz:

Along with the news, there will also be behind-the-scenes footage and interviews related to the series and games, and more information about the lore and the worlds in which the stories take place.
The full program of the event has already been unveiled:

There will be conversations with the cast members of Netflix’s The Witcher, including Henry Cavill himself, and series creator Lauren Schmidt Hissrich.
One of the sections in CD Projekt Red is titled “Beyond Video Games”, so maybe we’re looking at merchandise or even a board / card game. If we know more, we’ll update this article.
