Each media stick contains a different EP, which you can play on the car radio in the game, and when you find the first four will unlock additional mixes.

The fifth media stick you can collect is also found in LS Car Meet.

As shown in the above video from YouTuber James, looking for a white car during the meeting, the trunk burst and the license plate read: “Moodymann”.
This car can appear in different locations throughout the Meet garage, so you may have to look around to find it. However, if it is definitely not there, try to leave and return to Meet to refresh the car there.
Some reports say that you need to complete the Moodymann request during the Cayo Perico robbery before you can collect this USB.
On the top of the vinyl in the trunk, you will find another Media Stick, this time featuring “Kenny’s Backyard Boogie”.
